| George Rambour IV has been awarded
accredited Farm Manager Certification by the American Society of
Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
He is also a certified real estate appraiser and real estate broker. George
graduated from the University of Nebraska with an Agricultural Economics degree and has
extensive farm background. |
George "Nick" Rambour III, President of Rambour Realty Company,
has more than 40 years of farm experience. As a registered appraiser, Nick is also a
member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. He is a real
estate broker and a licensed insurance agent. Nick, with a Bachelor of Science
degree from Dartmouth College, specializes in farm financing and farm sales. |

TOM NEWMAN |
| Mike Rambour graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in
Agriculture. He has an extensive farm background and understands the specialized
needs of the farming community. Mike serves the company's clients as a licensed
property, casualty and life insurance agent. |
Tom Newman, a licensed real estate salesperson and farm manager, serves as
the company's Herbicide/Insecticide/Fertilizer specialist. Before joining Rambour
Realty, Tom was employed by a fertilizer plant. A graduate of Chadron State College,
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Entomology (the study of insects). Tom has
many years of experience in farm management and planning. |
